The job portals have become an effective tool for job hunting for the jobseekers as well as employers.More companies are screening candidates on the portals as compared to previous decade.Though Monster enjoys a unique position as an innovator and a cash rich sucess from the dot com era.Usually the jobseekers upload their CV's on these sites to be contacted by the HR companies and companies directly.Some of the sites do enjoy a niche status.However most of the job applications remain unseen in yahoo as per our experience.
